A catering drop off/set up is where Chef Mills will come to the home or venue and set up all of the food choice & items. Both hot and cold food can be package and delivered and the meals can be packaged individually or on platters for sharing. It is a great solution for when there is no space or need for a team of chefs to prepare and serve on site. We keep food warm with wire rack chaffers and sternos, so your food is hot and ready to serve.
