We create a custom menu with each package, and shop around for the best local ingredients to use!
◦ We are best known for making lighter, upscale versions of our clients’ favorite comfort food dishes. Think mama’s cooking, but dare we say better? Or recreating a dish from your favorite restaurant or something you’ve always wanted to try.
◦ No matter what kind of cuisine you are craving, our expertly-crafted meals are always guaranteed to have a depth of flavor and amazing textures with your nutritional needs.
HOW IT WORKS:
1st: Consultation:
Contact chef mills directly via text, phone call, or email, and I’ll follow up with a consultation to discuss your dining preferences. You will be able to choose from 3 different packages, and you will choose which fine dining chef experience you are looking for.
2nd: Custom Menus:
We create a custom menu with each package and shop around for the best local ingredients to use. Our 4-5 page menu has a variety of appetizers, main entrees, and side options for a carrier of different appetites. (Refer to the menu page for menu)
3rd: In-Home Service:
We cook and do a plated service as little or often as you’d like! Get ready to be pampered. (Refer to deposit contract for what’s needed for private dinners.)
Onsite Preparation:For any in-home Chef experience or on-site Chef/Catering Services, a fully equipped kitchen is required. SWK will need full access to the cooking area for the agreed upon estimated time. SWK takes great pride in their work and promises to respect you, your home or venue, and your equipment. SWK will leave his workspace as clean as they found it, remove their personal equipment, and put away all leftover groceries, or extra food. Please make your home or venue accessible to your chef on the scheduled date. Clients, children, pets, and other distractions should be out of the kitchen area on all scheduled dates. We respectfully request that the client allow the chef to perform their professional services without interruption. Please make sure the kitchen area and event space are clean, neat, and ready for Chef Use if applicable, this includes dishes washed, garbage taken out, counters and stove clean and free of any access items, etc… Failure to do so may result in a prolonged time frame for your event or automatic cancellation.
Unless you are ordering your private dinner for take-out (with the pickup or drop-off option), We show up on-site with everything we need to prep and cook for you & your special person and or guest. (Refer to deposit contract for further details or questions)
