The Meal Prep with Mills Program!

Our meal prep with mills program starts off with a variety of choices from breakfast to lunch/dinner options. The meals Range with a minimum of 5- 40 meals including freezable storage containers. They start off at $10.00 per meal and if you purchase 10 you will receive 3 free. Each meal comes standard with a meat, veggie, and starch of your choice. A personal consultation with chef mills is requested before purchasing meal preps, to ensure we are offering you the best quality of food and ingredients to help you reach whatever goals you are wanting to accomplish.

We offer a number of diets from Vegan/ Alkaline-based to Vegetarian and even pescatarian based meal prep options . Our meal Consist of:
◦ Under 10 ingredients,
◦ Can be frozen and or refrigerated for proper storage
◦ Balanced with a Protein, Carb, Starch, and Fat.

Purchasing And Receiving Meal Preps:


• There is a $15.00 FEE for all Deliveries (contingent tochange upon area of town).
• Pick Up is available for free.
• Payment is due when you place your order (PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH Chef Mills BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT)
• If payment is not received after speaking with the chef for a total, your order will not be honored. 
• Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash, Check
• There is a 5 MP minimum

Beyond the diet:
Ask Chef Mills for recommendations and consultations for your nutritional and fitness goals. We partner with a number of personal trainers (male & female), and local gyms to help ensure you are meeting your body and fitness requirements , and you can hire and outsource these individuals and or facilities to keep you motivated, and held accountable along the way of your fitness journey.
